Community Outreach Services
Sometimes life is complicated, and during the current pandemic, it's OK to ask for support.
At Community Outreach Services (COS), we recognize that this is a time of increased vulnerability and we are here to help.
When you call COS, you will be connected with an Outreach Worker, who is here to support individuals and families through life's challenges. We can help you identify your goals and strengths, create an action plan, build skills and access community resources.
Our services are open to everyone and they are free of charge.
Outreach Workers can help with:
- Referrals
- Skill building
- Finances
- Subsidies
- Housing
- Forms and applications
